Presentation Guideline
IMPORTANT: Mandatory Paper Presentation
All presenters, both physical and online, must present their accepted papers during the conference on 14–15 October 2026.
Failure to present the paper will result in the paper being classified as a no-show in accordance with the IEEE No-Show Policy. Consequently, the paper will NOT be published in IEEE Xplore.re.
Presentation Format
Oral Presentation: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
Oral Presentation (Invited Speaker): 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
Slide Format: PowerPoint or PDF
Physical Presentation – 14 October 2026
- LCD display and microphone will be provided.
- A dedicated conference laptop will be used. Personal laptops are not allowed.
- Please upload your presentation slides via USB at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
Online Presentation – 15 October 2026
- Platform: Please refer to the conference website and/or EDAS for the online presentation platform and session link.
- The camera must be turned on throughout the presentation.
